the drops
Two drops to $SCRY holders. The first one already happened.

This page is the whole thing — what each drop pays, who is in it, when you can take it, and how to check every number yourself.

Why two? A stealth snapshot cannot be bought into, at any price, by anyone — including us. That makes it a clean reward for people who were already here, and a useless target for anyone trying to farm it. An announced drop is the opposite: it can be prepared for, which is why it is the one whose defences get the work, and why it comes second rather than first.

Paste any address — no wallet, no signature, no connection needed. The lists are public files; this just reads one.

what a bag holds, and exactly how it is worked out

No discretion anywhere in this. Every amount is arithmetic on a number the chain already published.

OBOL
1,500 – 10,500
The town's wage and its ferry fare — the coin you spend in the Agora, stake in the Garden, and pair against $SCRY.
500 + min(10,000, ⌊$SCRY ÷ 1,000⌋)
a small flat base, then one per 1,000 $SCRY held, capped.
MYRRH
125 – 14,277
The scarce one — the premium coin. Burned at the Reliquary, paired in the Garden, and never emitted by the farm.
25 + ⌊$SCRY ÷ 10,000⌋ (+100 if drawn)
one per 10,000 $SCRY — the same bar that gets you in — and a 1-in-4 bonus.
$SCRY · golden tickets
12 × 833,333
A fixed pot of 10,000,000 $SCRY — exactly 1% of supply — cut into 12 equal shares.
each share drawn with your chance proportional to your balance. The pot is fixed, so turnout changes the prize, never the bill.
⏳ how long you have — and the week of grace after it

The offer runs for 24 hours from the moment claims open. After that the list is retired and what nobody took goes to work as liquidity instead of sitting in a contract forever.

That last line is a promise we could not break if we wanted to. The claim contract only lets the operator sweep what the posted list does not owe — and for SWEEP_DELAY = 7 days after a list is retired, it keeps honouring the higher of the old and new obligation. That constant is immutable and it exists to stop exactly the move a short window suggests: post a promise, retract it, drain it in the same breath. Miss the deadline and you still have a full week of grace nobody here can take away from you. The window is a deadline on our offer; it is not a trapdoor under your claim.

🛡 nothing here can be tilted — by anyone

Published is not claimable, and we will not blur the two. The lists are computed and committed; nothing has been minted. OBOL and MYRRH are a ledger inside the town until their contract is deployed — real, earned, spendable in the Agora, and not yet something you can hold in a wallet. That deploy is what opens the pools, and opening the pools is what opens these claims. One event, in that order, for that reason.

🪙 how to claim, when it opens
  1. Connect the wallet that held the $SCRY. The bag is bound to that address and cannot be moved to another.
  2. Take your proof. This page fetches it; it is also a plain public file, so you can pull it yourself.
  3. Your own wallet signs the claim. One transaction per coin, straight to the claim contract. No key is ever held here — scry cannot sign for you, and cannot claim on your behalf.
  4. A little RH-Chain gas is the whole cost. There is no fee, no approval, and nothing to pay us.
  5. Then plant it. Pair OBOL with MYRRH in the Garden, stake the SEED, farm OBOL. You can unstake whenever you like — part of the farmed OBOL cliff-locks for 90 days, which is posted before you stake, not after.

Nothing above needs a signature to qualify. Balances are read straight off the chain — no registration, no form, nothing to sign until the moment you actually claim.

🗝️ drop two asks one more thing: play once

Holding got you into drop one. Drop two also asks you to have done something in the town — any one of the ten Delver's Trials. One delve is enough.

trialwhat it is
delverun a delve and bank your sack
deepbank from the third room — the push-your-luck floor
myrrhbank MYRRH from a delve
agoraspend OBOL at the spoils auction
roadsclear a batch-auction fair at a road port
annonatake from the daily grain order
shrineburn MYRRH as an offering
ferrymanpay the obol toll to cross
auguryharvest or gamble the daily question
arenastake into a public bout

Completion is read off the town's own public ledger, so there is nothing extra to sign and nothing to register.

Why a trial at all? The gate decides when you claim, never how much. One trial separates someone who turned up from a script that didn't, and because ScryHarvest's roots are republishable, nobody forfeits by being slow.

And the line that does not move: a trial is something you did, read off the public ledger — never a meter number, never a vow, never a score. Qualifying cannot be bought, and it cannot be graded. the games ▸

🔧 check every number yourself

The snapshot and the allocation plan are both committed files. Re-run the planner against the snapshot and you should get the same bytes — if you ever don't, that is worth telling us about:

python3 meter/claim_plan.py verify --plan snapshots/founders-bag.2026-07-25.json --snapshot snapshots/scry-holders.2026-07-25.json

Both drops also answer as machine-readable cards, and each one carries its own caveats in the response rather than only here on the page — including the reason it is not yet claimable. Agents and the exact call shapes: the API reference in the reading room ▸
