the contract inventory reading…

Every .sol in contracts/src/, RH-Chain only. Status is derived, never declared: a row earns deployed only when the live /api/onchain card shows its address.

the seal legend, contract status

written: the source file exists in contracts/src/ on the public repo. Repo truth; every row carries at least this.

forge-tested: the Foundry suite has run green. No contract carries this seal yet: nothing on this page fakes a green check, and forge test must run before any broadcast.

deployed: an address is set on the live /api/onchain card; the row's inspect card then shows the address, its explorer link, and the contract's live counter. Derived at load, never hardcoded.

hazard: the source carries a hard warning, quoted verbatim in the row's inspect card.

No contract, deployed or not, can move a meter number, measurement stays score-blind, forever.
